It often seems like every PowerPoint slide is the worst , but here lies what projector company InFocus deems story ’s most heinous . I ’m inclined to agree . It ’s almost glorious in its repulsion . devilish . The arrows . The coloring . This is Satan ’s face .
Is a single part of this slide legible , or even comprehensible in some nonfigurative sense ? Was the audience given scope during the meeting ? Do those boxwood even say anything , or is this just some kind of psychological experimentation ? It ’s also possible that this is the .ppt equivalent of Human Centipede — the product of some mad graphic designer , brainiac warped , talent misuse , whose sole pleasance is now inflicting misery on others with his virtuoso .
I also fancy this one , which is less a presentation and just a whole flaming bunch of repulsive word thrown against a screen . Not just words—3D wrangle . This might literally be the ugliest thing to have ever exist — at least the one up top could be mistake for a work of prowess if viewed from afar .
But this . Just … give-and-take . Just dazed , dazed buzzwords , rendered as tackily and horrendously as possible . This is the Trail of Tears of Typography .

Yes , this slide makes me desire to gainsay the position quo by burning down whatever building the display was pass on in . It would only be ethical .
