When a 52 - year - old woman go to get her colon checked out , she was glad to get word that there was no signs of genus Cancer . But it was n’t all good news ! Why ? Because physician somehow found a roach jammed in her cross Costa Rican colon .
It ’s obviously not the worst affair you could recover during a colonoscopy but it probably has to measure up as one of the most disgusting . Here ’s the almost poetic description of the find :
The subprogram was uncomplicated with no megascopic mucosal pathology , however , an insect was regain in the thwartwise colon on a quotidian showing colonoscopy . The insect was aspirated and sent to the lab for further identification .

The insect had three body segments ( point , thorax , and abdomen ) with ventrodorsal flattening of the dead body and a segmented abdomen , three pair of leg extend from the pectus ( with spikes and chela - same last appendages ) , elongate hind legs , and a span of elongated antennae extend from the head to beyond the hind peg .
These morphologic finding were most consistent with the houri shape of Blattella germanica ( German cockroach ) of the Blattellidae family , a common home plague .
Yep , that ’s a roach all correct . The woman say it might ’ve happen because she had a roach plague at home and probably eat on a cockroach one day . I approximate . [ DiscoverviaNeatorama ]
