The Doctor says that it ’s all a matter of position — from his standpoint , all of them are noncitizen . But yes , as far as they ’re concerned , he is an extraterrestrial . And they all pile him .
But the second clip was a lot more exciting — because it was from an episode called “ dinosaur on a Spaceship , ” the season ’s second episode , compose by Chris Chibnall . It was one of those “ the Doctor rounds up a crowd of allies ” matter the show has made its trademark lately . We start out with the Doctor in Ancient Egypt , where Nefertiti has fallen in love with him and does n’t require to let him leave . Then the Doctor gets a sudden alert ( like a car horn honking ) and so he take Nefertiti with him — to the future , where a mysterious spaceship is going to go down into Earth .

The Earth defense leader secern the Doctor that if the ship comes within 10,000 kilometre of Earth , they ’re going to have to shoot it down — and that ’s six hours from now . So the Doctor determine to round up a gang to enquire it .
FIrst , he land in 1901 , where Riddell , a big game Orion on Safari has been await ten months for the Doctor to return with some sweet . The big secret plan hunting watch ( played by Rupert Graves from Sherlock ) hears that the Doctor has a great adventure afoot , and at first make-believe not to be concerned in getting dragged in again — but then he quickly soften and goes with the Doctor .
Then we front in on the Ponds , where Rory ’s Father-God Brian ( play by Mark Williams , aka Arthur Weasley ) is fixing a light socket . And then the TARDIS materializes at the bad possible moment — right around Amy , Rory and Brian . The Doctor does n’t even notice that he ’s take Rory ’s dad along for the ride … until they ’ve materialized on the mysterious starship , and then he yells at Rory for bringing his father without take first . Because the TARDIS is not a taxi service , etc . etc . Until Rory finally explains that the Doctor materialize around his father , and the Doctor sort of apologizes . And then Rory ’s left to explicate to his dad that he and Amy did n’t go travel in Thailand after all … it was a bit further than that .

And then we ’re investigating the starship , and there are wanderer web everywhere — which , as the Doctor says , is strange in blank space . Eventually , the Doctor and his “ crowd ” ( Riddell , Nefertiti , Rory , Amy and Brian ) total to a huge ominous room access … which tardily opens , revealing two huge , monumental dinosaurs . They appear Brobdingnagian and spiky , possibly like stegosauruses . The Doctor tells everybody to run — and they do . But he does n’t , because he ’s too meddling staring excitedly at the dinosaurs on a spaceship .
As showrunner Steven Moffat explained happily , the secret to success on boob tube is n’t really a mystery , as he ’s claimed in the past . The enigma is to put dinosaurs on a spaceship .
What to look from season seven

Moffat promises “ more Daleks than you ’ve ever seen in one blank space — and every generation of Dalek . ” And it count fantastic , now that the optical consequence are just being nail . “ Lots and lots and lots of Daleks . All the things you see when you conclude your eye , ” Moffat exults . And there ’s cataclysm , funniness , a Western , adventures and more miscellanea of dangerous undertaking than you ’ve ever seen before .
Matt Smith speak up the Ponds ’ word of farewell installment , feature the Weeping Angels . Moffat has “ done a dandy job , it ’s a climactic , and fitting — and I conceive a superb close to what have been my favorite companions ever . ”
Producer Caroline Skinner says the raw season is “ utterly unbelievable , ” with more motley of episode than ever , and the biggest episodes yet . “ We ’ve had Daleks . We ’ve had Weeping Angels . We ’ve shot sequence in New York and in Spain . ” ( The aforesaid gunfighting episode was hit in Spain , in the great custom of Westerns shot in Europe . )

As for the Ponds ’ word of farewell , Moffat says , “ that episode was a tough one to write . I think I was relieved when I finished writing it , and it kind of made sense . I ’ve written my last words ever for Amy and Rory . Of naturally I had n’t , there ’s always something else . But it was genuinely very sad . ”
But later , when moderator Chris Hardwick says there ’s no manner to write the Ponds out for good , Moffat hint he may have done just that . Hardwick , in turn , says we all trust Moffat not to divulge our warmness for too long , and he replies : “ Why did you trust me ? What have I ever done to gain that ? ”
The dramatis personae is joking about how ripe friend they ’ve become . “ We ’ve suffer to the point where do n’t have conversations , ” says Darvill . “ Just interference and silly phrases , ” says Smith . “ We wish to call them episodes , ” jokes Moffat . Later , Darvill and Gillan do picture of each other , and it ’s supercute .

Someone brings up the idea that the Doctor leave the brakes ( the “ blue boringers ” ) on when he flies the TARDIS — and Moffat notes that River Song was probably wind the physician up about that — because you might acknowledge that when she fly the TARDIS , it still makes that same wheezing , groaning materialisation noise .
Someone in a cunning shining Dalek costume asks if there will be a multi - Doctor episode . “ I ’m not going to tell you , ” say Moffat .
How did Moffat come up with the idea that the Doctor ’s name was “ the first question ? ” someone expect . “ To be reliable , it ’s been there from a starting time . He never gives his name . Other Time Lords do , but he does n’t . understandably , his name is very important . Only I jazz why . We actually determine out the the true ” about the importance of the Doctor ’s name .

“ Have I found out the medico ’s real name ? Yes . ” Moffat say . He wo n’t say what it is , but he joke that it ’s “ Patrick ” or “ Jeff . ”
Dame Diana Rigg is “ totally wonderful ” in Doctor Who , says Smith .
Someone asks if there will be another scoundrel alliance , like in “ The Pandorica Opens . ” Absolutely not . “ Can you imagine how long the merging must have been to get the Pandorica alliance together ? ” Moffat says . The Weeping Angels would have decline to come up in to the league room because the lights were on . “ I cogitate such a useless bond of readily defeatable opposition will be repeated . And what was the goal final result ? They blow up the creation ! ”

Someone asks what sort of stories the mould would wish to do . Smith aver he ’d like to see an instalment about Atlantis , but he ’s not certain they can afford it . “ Tragically , there have been at least three versions of Atlantis in Doctor Who , ” says Moffat . “ We could do it again . To blaze with continuity . ”
And Gillan say she really likes pianoforte , so maybe something about a piano that shrinks people and they get trapped inside the piano and have to dodge the hammers .
Kathryn Elizabeth Smith mentions that they “ tattle ” their elbow room through “ Bohemian Rhapsody ” last night . Or rather , they shouted it . Or possibly barked it . ( Check out the video at left ! )

Smith state his stylemark “ flicker ” open of the transonic screwdriver happened by stroke — it was design just to be opened normally , but he was playing around with it and line up that he could open it by flicking it . And he thought it attend coolheaded , so he went with it .
