Falling Skies season one give us a sometimes - acute smell at the world after a crushing exotic invasion . But in season two , the stakes get massively raised , and life gets a pot gruelling for the Second Mass , according to the show ’s stars and showrunner .
We were lucky enough to speak to stars Noah Wyle , Moon Bloodgood , Colin Cunningham and Drew Roy , plus novel showrunner Remi Aubuchon . And one affair came through forte and open : This season , Pope ’s gloomy , perverted view of the world is a lot close to the truth . Minor pillager ahead …
We already present some of our interviews with the Falling Skies starsa while back , focusing on the challenge of continuing the story after a really out - of - leave - field season - ending cliffhanger . [ But ] I want the stakes to be higher , and I wanted us to to reckon out a way in which we could basically combat these guys with our own tools and our own human cleverness . ”
It ’s the difference of opinion between an exotic encroachment movie and a television receiver serial publication : a flick has to end , with a laptop computer computer virus or a surprising alien weakness providing a victory .
