Nashville native Emily Muniz, 29, was selected as the winner of the home, along with a Honda Accord and $250,000 to assist with the mortgage, after her name was randomly drawn from 123 million entries.

Muniz had fallen in love with the home’s location after she and her husband went on theirhoneymoonin the area.
She was also attracted to the home’s waterfront plot and the guest bedroom (which she pinned to her Pinterest board).
“Of the 21 people who’ve won Dream Homes over the years, only six, or about 28 percent, actually lived in their home for more than a year,” the publication reports. “The vast majority either took the cash alternative or sold the house back to the developer within a year of winning.”

The 3,591-square-foot home is outfitted with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, including twomaster suites.
The main floor of the home is anchored around a massiveopen kitchenwith a center island. The main floor also provides easy access to the outdoor dining area and grill. Finishing off the main floor is the living room with fireplace, and the junior master suite, which features an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
On the top floor of the home sits the main master suite, which has its own sitting area, vaulted ceilings and a custom walk-in closet.
