Still, she always throws in a pouch or a bar for after school or between classes.She adds, “They don’t have that much time to eat! And lunchtime is also their recess or break time, so they really eat the bare minimum so they can go out to play, so they usually reach for whatever they like. You just want them to grab something they like and that’s good for them and has some nutrition.“She adds that like all kids, they’re not going to eat it if they don’t like it. She says, “What was so important to me about having Once Upon a Farm make bars was that parents could trust that it will have all great ingredients — and it’s going to taste good!”
