Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil, and lightly coat with cooking spray. Coat cut sides of squash generously with cooking spray. Place, cut side down, on baking sheet. Bake in oven until very soft, 35 to 40 minutes.2.Remove squash from oven, and scrape out flesh into a blender; add½cup of the chicken stock.
