Kathy Hiltonis celebrating her daughter’s happiness!
The mom-of-two, 64, spoke exclusively to PEOPLE at the Elizabeth Taylor Ball To End AIDS in Beverly Hills, Thursday and revealed that her daughterParis Hiltonis “over the moon” about being a mom.
“I’ve never seen my daughter happier in her life,” she says. “I’ve never seen her so happy.”
“Yes, and the three of them,” Hilton adds, referring to Paris, herhusband Carter Reumand theirson Phoenix Barron, whom they welcomed via surrogate in January. “She’s always very upbeat and very even keel. She’s never moody.”

Elaborating further about her daughter’s parenting, Hilton tells PEOPLE that Paris asks her for advice on certain things, and also turns to sisterNicky Hiltonfor mommy tips. “You know, she’ll call me for a certain advice or Nicky. I’m up there a lot,” she says.
Nicky, 39, sharesLily-Grace Victoria, 7, andTheodora “Teddy” Marilyn, 5, and ason, 14 months — whose name has not been publicly revealed — withhusband James Rothschild.

Hilton adds that Paris is “very gentle” and doesn’t get mad if she’s corrected about parenting. “Everybody needs to learn, right? It’s not easy,” Hilton tells PEOPLE. “It’s a lot. Even if you have somebody to help you it’s a lot.”
She adds that Phoenix Barron, 8 months, recently had his first swimming lesson. “He’s just so sweet and adorable,” Hilton says.
During a March 2023 appearance onThe Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Parisopened up about her newborn.“He is such an angel, he’s the best,” she said. “I’m just so obsessed with him, I feel my heart is going to explode.”
