The drama betweenRonnie Ortiz-Magroand Jen Harley is flaring up again.

Amid the news that theJersey Shorestar and the mother of his child reportedlysplit againafter a New Year’s Eve fight, he’s also being considered a person of interest in an alleged burglary at her home, according toTMZ.

The outlet reports that Ortiz-Magro, 33, stormed off after getting into a fight with Harley, 31, at a Las Vegas club. According to the outlet, when Harley returned home that night, her home had allegedly been ransacked. She reportedly told authorities she believes Ortiz-Magro broke in. PEOPLE has not independently verified her claims.

Reps for Ortiz-Magro and Harley did not immediately return PEOPLE’s requests for comment.

A spokesperson for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE that patrol officers responded to the residence at approximately 2:15 a.m. on Jan. 1 for a report of a possible burglary and destruction of property. According to the spokesperson, upon arrival, officers learned that the victim had an argument with her boyfriend at a club prior to her getting home, and officers observed that several items in the home were damaged including a television and picture frames.

According to the spokesperson, officers could not locate any forced entry and it is unknown if Ortiz-Magro is the suspect. The case remains under investigation.

It is unclear where the couple’s 9-month-old daughterArianawas during the incident.

On the show, Ortiz-Magro’s roommates questioned whether she was telling the truth.

“I don’t buy it. Not for one second,” saidPauly “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio. “Jen is up to no good. Because the last time I talked to Ronnie, he had blocked her, and I think she’s just doing this to get Ronnie to talk to her.”

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentinoadmitted he was completely “befuddled.”

“This whole situation with Jen is crazy,” he said. “There is a calamity or crisis once a week, like clockwork.”
